Dan and his wife Megan have resided in Wall for the past 25 years raising 3 children, all successful graduates of the Wall public school system. Dan, an attorney in private practice, serves as counsel to the Newark Central Planning Board and Zoning Board. Dan recently served as a trustee of Brookdale Community College resigning after his election to township committee per Brookdale’s charter. Previously he had served as a commissioner on the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, vice chairman of the New Jersey Lottery, chairman of the Passaic Valley Sewerage Authority, commissioner of the New Jersey Law Revision Commission and the NJ Public Broadcasting Authority. Dan, a lifelong Republican, served as an honorary delegate to the Republican National Convention from 1988-2012 and was an alternate delegate in 1996. Dan holds a B.S. in business from St. John’s University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
