Mayor Tim Farrell was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Wall Township, New Jersey 40 years ago where he still currently resides. He frequently visits Boston as most of his family resides there.
He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts and his master in business administration from Monmouth University.
Tim has been very active on Wall Township boards and committees for almost 37 years including the Rent Stabilization Board, the Planning Boards, West Belmar Gateway, Citizens Committee on Affordable Housing, the Board of Education and the Wall Township Committee. He was appointed Mayor of Wall Township for year of 2018 and is currently active on the Planning Board and the Citizens Committee on Affordable Housing board.
He is married, has four children and four grandchildren. In his free time, Tim likes to work in his yard and watch his grandchildren.
