MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING

HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL MEETING ROOM

OCTOBER 1, 2003

 

 

The Regular Meeting of the Wall Township Board of Adjustment was called to order by Chairman Clayton at 7:35 P.M.  Members present were Chairman Clayton, Vice Chairperson Mary DeSarno, James Gray, Anthony Rembiszewski, Wilma Morrissey, Dominick Cinelli, Ralph Addonizio, first alternate Bob Kerr, second alternate Wayne Palmer, Attorney Hirsch, Planning Coordinator Roberta Lang, Engineer Hoover, Planner Bergailo and Reporter Arnone.

 

SALUTE TO THE FLAG

 

Attorney Hirsch announced that all requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act had been complied with for this meeting and read the purposes of the Board of Adjustment.

 

Chairman Clayton announced the Deceasre application will be carried to December 3, 2003.  Renoticing is required.

 

NEW APPLICATIONS

 

CASE #BA18-2003 – Date application complete:  May 21, 2003

 

APPLICANT: DAVID GARRISON

 

PROPERTY: 2408 Lenape Trail, Block 322, Lots 42 – 45, R-7.5 zone

Mr. Garrison requested the application be carried to December 3, 2003.

 

7:40 P.M. Mr. Cinelli left the meeting.

Attorney Hirsch reviewed the file and stated the Board had jurisdiction to proceed.

Mr. Gray moved to approve the application.  Mr. Rembiszewski seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved by a roll call vote.  (Messrs. Gray Rembiszewski, Addonizio, Mrs. Morrissey, Messrs. Kerr, Palmer, Mrs. DeSarno and Mr. Clayton voted yes.)
