Committeeman Todd Luttman is a lifelong Wall Township resident. Upon graduation from Wall High School in 1981, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth College.


Since 1986, he has been an insurance industry executive working for several local firms and as principal of the Todd Luttman Agency. He is currently employed as Sales Manager for the Bittner Carton Agency, Keyport, NJ. He possesses several advanced certifications in insurance and finance.


Todd’s commitment to education and serving the public includes his tenure on the Board of Education as Board President for two years. He was re-elected to the Board of Education in 2000. Todd spent four years on the Board Finance Committee utilizing his expertise in finance.


His municipal experience includes work on the Wall Township Business Development Committee, and seven years as a member of the Wall Township Planning Board, for which he served as Vice Chairman for five years. He also served as Chairman of the major subdivision, site plans, and Gateway committees.


As President of the Atonement Lutheran Church Council, Todd has been active on committees and boards such as the Church Property and Finance Committees. His positions also included Assistant Treasurer, Treasure, and Vice President.


Todd, his wife, Karin, and their daughter, Emilie are avid outdoors people and enjoy camping, hiking and fishing. They also volunteer with the Saint Bernard Rescue, and currently live on Rue de la Port Drive with their four dogs.
