
Deputy Mayor Jeff Foster has been owner and operator of Foster’s Auto Service, Inc., located on Belmar Blvd in Wall, for more than 25 years. Jeff and his wife, Joyce, both 1972 graduates of Wall High School, have two daughters, Jaime and Jennifer.
Jeff has more than 15 years of combined volunteer service on Wall’s Planning Board and Board of Adjustment. He was involved in the Master Plan revision while serving as Vice Chairman of the Planning Board. Jeff believes his years of service on these boards provide him with the experience and insight to recognize the urgent need for a revised Master Plan that will shape the future of Wall.
Jeff is a past President of WHIP (Wall Helps Its People) and has been a proud active member of this organization since 1989.
Jeff is particularly proud of his volunteer service to Wall’s First Aid and Rescue Squad. He is a life member with more than 26 years of dedicated service to this organization. Currently, Jeff is First Lieutenant of the squad and has previously served as President, Trustee, and Fundraising Chairman. Jeff is also a charter member of the Asbury-Elks No. 128.
Eager and excited to begin his term as Deputy Mayor, Jeff ran his campaign with the promise of openness, honesty and accessibility to the residents.
