The checklist forms are described below. This sheet provides a general guide for their selections and use but specific instructions are found on the forms themselves and should be carefully followed. The applicant must complete all of the items noted on these forms as required or in the alternative request waivers on the application form as appropriate. This checklist is used to determine the completeness of development applications as required by NJSA 40:55d-10.3 of the Municipal Land Use Law and the Township of Wall Land Use and Development Regulations. Any items missing will prevent the application from being certified as complete and will result in it not being considered.

COMBINING CHECKLIST FORMS

Not all forms are required for an application. Typical checklist packages are described below. Other combinations may be required.

A) Bulk Variance requests requires: C-1, C-2, C-3 and C-3(5)a.
B) Bifurcated Use Variance Request/Concept Plan: C-1, C-2, C-3, C-3(5)a
C) Minor Subdivision requires: C-1, C-2, C-3 and C-5C.
D) Preliminary Subdivision requires: C-1, C-2, C-3, C-5 part A & C, C-6 part A & B and C-7.
E) Final Subdivision requires: C-1, C-2, C-3 and C-5.
F) Preliminary and Final Site Plan requires: C-1, C-2, C-3, C-5 and part A & B, C-6 part A & B and C-7.
G) Planned Development (general development plan approval only) requires: C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4 and C-6 part A.
H) Planned Development with site plan and subdivision approvals requires: C-1, C-2, C-3, C-4, C-5, C-6 and C-7.
