All fees to be charged for permits issued by
the building department under the State Uniform Construction Code shall be as
set forth in the "Wall Township Construction Fee Schedule" which
shall be adopted from time to time by resolution of the Township Committee. All
fees to be charged pursuant to the construction fee schedule shall be in
accordance with the guidelines set forth by the New Jersey Department of
Community Affairs Bureau of Construction Code Enforcement, as established by
N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.20 and any amendments thereto.
