Please take notice: NJSA 40A:5-15 requires that all funds received by the Tax Collector be deposited within 48 hours. Post dated checks will be returned to the maker.

In Person – We accept cash, check or money order at our office located on Allaire Road from 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m.

Refunds must be in writing and take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Refunds must be presented and approved at a Township Committee meeting.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

• Direct Debit is available free of charge for Tax and Water/Sewer payments. Please complete this form, and return it with a voided check. Funds for Water/Sewer bills will be withdrawn on the due date and Tax Payments will be withdrawn on the 5th of each quarter. Instructions are at the bottom of the form. CLICK HERE FOR DIRECT DEBIT

• MCC ebill – Payments can be made using an electronic check (ACH) from a checking or savings account for .25 cents. It’s cheaper than a stamp! You may also make payments by Master Card, Discover and Visa (Visa not accepted on Water/Sewer) with a convenience fee charged by MCC of 2.99%. CLICK HERE FOR mcc.net

• WEB INQUIRY AND PAYMENT PORTAL – This portal allows you to view Tax and Water and Sewer billing. There are 3 years of history for Tax and 4 quarters of Water/Sewer billing. Tax rate, fire district and Assessments are included. You may make payments as an ACH electronic check transaction for $1.05 per transaction or credit/debit cards for 2.95% of the transaction. Visa debit card is charged $3.95 per transaction and is not accepted for Water/Sewer, only taxes. Liens, Special Assessment and Special Charges are for view purposes only. Drop Box – Is located outside the main entrance of Town Hall. Please note that any payments put in after 4:00 p.m., will be considered as received the following day with that days interest, if applicable.

By Mail – Do not send cash through the mail. Personal, Certified checks, and money orders are accepted. Do not combine Tax Payments & Water/Sewer payments on one check. Please address your payment to either the Wall Township Water/Sewer Department or the Wall Township Tax Office. Postmark is not accepted.
