Effective July 7, 2002, the Open
Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47A:1A et seq.) went into effect. ANY
request for records must be made in writing on a form adopted by the Municipal
Clerk. A copy of this form should be hand delivered, mailed or faxed to
the attention of the respective Department Head. Fees for copies are as
follows:
