The Wall Township Board of Health maintains all food licenses and dog
licenses. Food licenses are renewable every January for a $25 fee. Applications are mailed in
December. Dog licenses are renewable every year by January 31st. The fees are $12 for spayed or
neutered dogs and $15 for all others. If payment is received after January
31st, the fees are $17 and $20. State law requires that if you dog's rabies
vaccination expires before October 31st of the current licensing year,
the dog must be revaccinated in order to obtain a current license.
A dog census is performed every other year in the Township.
The Wall Township Registrar maintains records of all births, marriages, civil unions
and deaths occurring in Wall Township. Certified copies, with a raised
seal, are only available to the individual on the requested record or
the individual's parents, current spouse, child, grandchild, sibling,
legal guardian or legal representative. Certifications, which do not contain
the raised seal, are available to all others but are not accepted for
legal purposes. (Certifications are for informational purposes only, e.g.
geneology)
Before a certified copy or certification may be issued, please review the requirements. The cost for either copy is $10.00 each (effective 12/2/2010) and can be obtained either in person or by mail.
