NEW CONSTRUCTION

 

The following is required:

 

Two sets of New Jersey architectural sealed plans. (Complete Building plans, Electric and plumbing schematics and mechanical systems.)

 

Homeowners can draw their own plans if they are the general contractors.

 

Plans should include the cubic volume and the square feet.

 

All Commercial work must have NJ architectural sealed plans. All contractors must be Licensed.

 

Applications required:
Construction permit application folder
Construction permit
Building, Electric, Fire and Plumbing Subcode
Technical Sections

 

All prior approvals required (Example: zoning permit, septic approval, etc.)

 

Block and Lot

 

Affidavit if homeowner, Builders Card if contractor.
