the windows are replaced with the same size windows, then the answer is
no. If the
framing
is being changed, the answer is yes.
3. How deep do the footings
have to be?
All
footings in WALL have to be 36" deep to stay below the recorded frost line.
4. Do I need a permit for my
shed?
If
your shed is less then 100 square feet a building permit is not required, only
zoning
is required. 100 square feet or more
requires both a zoning and building permit.
