The Wall Township Environmental Advisory Committee (WTEAC), funded by the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Monmouth County and NJ-DEP-supported Wreck Pond Watershed Management Program, created a demonstration rain garden of native plants for the purpose of reducing the amount of rainwater that flows untreated into the streets which ultimately pollutes our waterways.
